“As comfortable as an old shoe . . . “
I heard the words more than once last night, describing the easy interaction between Jill and Matt. Their pre wedding party at the hip Batimore Museum of Industry was just a sampling of an entire weekend designed not only to celebrate their romance, but to treat their guests to a big taste of delicious Baltimore. And she was definitely showing off last night . . . the perfect late summer evening . . . golden sunset.
Classic Catering People pulled out all the stops, serving salmon, tenderloin and fresh pasta, family style, followed by trays and trays of fresh strawberries and home baked chocolate chip cookies. Family and friends toasted and roasted Jill and Matt, who were filled to overflowing with love and affection for guests that traveled from as far as Hong Kong to celebrate them.
It seems like Labor Day Weekend weddings are the norm for the Garfinkle family. Five anniversaries celebrated last night. Sounds like a great way to celebrate the end of summer.
Jill and Matt. Love barometer. Full tilt.
